DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will
always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service
that has been selected.

Bowology Designs is not held responsible for:

Mistakes/delays made by Canada Post/UPS/USPS
Wrong addresses given by customers
Damage to orders by postal service
PO Box issues
Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the Canada Post “safe drop” option)

CANADIAN ORDERS

Bowology Designs use Canada Posts and UPS to ship your orders. This can take anywhere between 5 – 15 business days (which excludes holiday and weekends).
Shipping options depend on your weight/selection of shipping at checkout

$6 oversized letter mail (bowsmagnets only – no tracking) 10 to 15 business days

$18 Flat Rate with tracking (bows/bumpers only), 5 to 7 business days.

$25 Flat Rate PO Boxes with tracking, 5 to 7 busness days.

BULK ITEM (clothing, tumblers etc.) starts at $20 with tracking. Each additional bulk item will increase the shipping amount by $2.

Free Shipping over $125 CDN after any applicable discounts.

USA ORDERS
Bowology Designs uses Canada Post/USPS, UPS and Purolator to ship your order. This can take anywhere between 3 to 10 business days (which excludes holiday and weekends).

$8.50 Flat Rate with Tracking, 4 – 7 business days.

BULK ITEM (clothing, tumblers etc.) $12 with tracking, 4 to 7 business days.

Free Shipping over $85 USD after any applicable discounts.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Items are shipped after processing times (5-10 business days for most orders; excluding custom items upon request) using Canada Post/USPS, UPS or Purolator. In addition to an order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. Tracked Shipping options are available for selection upon checkout.

DAMAGES
Products purchased from our website and arrive damaged will require a photo image of the packaging and product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned for a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATIONS

An order can be cancelled within 30 minutes of it being created. After this time, we are no longer able to cancel an order.

PRE-ORDER/BACKORDERS

Pre-ordered/backordered items are not subject to the cancellation policy as it is confirmed and acknowledged by the customer prior to placing in the cart and checking out that the item is currently not in stock and will ship within an estimated timeframe provided once the item is available.
